Angel Renee Cox, 35, of Kokomo, Mississippi, passed away on May 26, 2026, after a life remembered by family and friends.
Angel was born on January 15, 1991, and leaves a lasting place in the hearts of loved ones across Mississippi, Connecticut, Tennessee, North Carolina, and beyond.
Angel was preceded in passing by parents Jerry Dale Cox, Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Miller Cox, brother Bobby Ray Cox, nephew Jerry Dale Cox, III, and grandparents Wardale, Pearl Cox, Ulden, and Zaie E. Miller.
Survivors include siblings Jerry Dale Cox, Jr., Phillip Lee Cox with Rhonda, and Amy Stogner with Randal, along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation takes place Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and again at 5:00 PM at Hathorn Funeral Home, 167 Old Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429.
A funeral service takes place Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the same location.
