Berry Lemar Henderson Remembered After Passing Following May 20 West Hollywood Incident Near Hollywood Blvd And Las Palmas
Berry Lemar Henderson passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, after an incident around 3:25 PM in West Hollywood near Hollywood Blvd and Las Palmas.
First responders found Berry in medical distress, and Berry was transported about 20 minutes to Cedars-Sinai Hospital, where Berry later passed away that evening.
Latoya Payne created a memorial fundraiser on May 28, 2026, to help Berry’s family with funeral needs and care during their grief.
The fundraiser had raised $1,105 of a $7.5K goal through 16 donations at the time of the post.
Loved ones described Berry as gentle, calm, authentic, deeply loved, and someone who enjoyed music, city life, and a peaceful way of living.
The family also shared comfort in believing Berry is now at peace with beloved mother Lisa Henderson.
