Heather Blair, 50, Of Mansfield, Dies In Three-Vehicle U.S. Route 30 Crash In Crawford County, Ohio
Heather Blair, 50, of Mansfield, died Saturday, May 2, 2026, after a three-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 30 east of Ohio 598 in Crawford County, Ohio.
The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened shortly before 11:09 a.m. and involved a 2015 Dodge Caravan, a 2002 Hyundai Tucson, and a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia tractor-trailer.
Authorities said James Stevens, 74, of Akron, drove the Hyundai, while Mahamud S. Ali, 29, of Columbus, operated the tractor-trailer, and Jeremy Hollar, 41, of Mansfield, drove the Caravan.
Blair was a passenger in the Caravan and was pronounced dead at the scene.
David Thompson, 54, of Ashland, and Blake McWilliams, 31, of Mansfield, sustained serious injuries, while Hollar and two juveniles also received medical evaluation.
Several local and state agencies responded, and officials continue to review all contributing factors.
Memorial service details and funeral arrangements will be announced later by family members.
