Jason Celum died unexpectedly while walking home, according to a fundraiser created by Tim Spurgeon on May 9, 2026.
The post said a driver struck Jason and did not stop to provide help, and Jason’s spouse, Tiffany, later found Jason in the road.
Tim described Jason as a generous person with a big heart who often helped others through difficult moments.
The fundraiser says Jason served as the family’s primary provider and leaves behind a son and stepchildren who will miss Jason deeply.
As of the post, the campaign had raised $1,065 toward a $7,000 goal through 15 donations for funeral costs, vital bills, and daily needs.
