Nathan Clayman, 61, of Geneva, Indiana, passed away after an early morning single-vehicle crash near S 000 Road and Covered Bridge Road in Adams County.
The report, dated May 21, 2026, said Clayman was traveling southbound when the vehicle went out of control, struck a guardrail, left the roadway, and came to rest in a nearby field.
A passerby discovered the scene and contacted emergency responders.
The Adams County Coroner pronounced Clayman passed away at the scene.
The Adams County Sheriff’s Office continues to review what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway.
