Seth Pipho of Minneapolis was found deceased on May 27, 2026, below the cliffs at Palisade Head in Tettegouche State Park, Lake County.
A park ranger made the discovery at about 4:55 p.m. on rocky ground beneath the cliff line near the North Shore overlook.
Emergency crews from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit and Rescue Squad worked through steep rock formations and narrow paths to complete the recovery.
Authorities continue to review what led Seth Pipho to the location, and medical examiners remain involved in the inquiry.
