Tanner Pierce Remembered After Fatal Livonia Home Incident That Also Took Nevaeh Finch, Holly Kimball, And Sterling Pierce On June 12, 2026

Tanner Pierce, 22, died in a Livonia home incident that also claimed Nevaeh Finch, 21, Holly Kimball, 53, and Sterling Pierce, 58.

The event happened around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday on Rensellor Street, leaving the quiet suburb west of Detroit in deep grief.

Officials said officers found Holly Kimball and Sterling Pierce on the backyard patio and later found Tanner Pierce and Nevaeh Finch inside a bedroom.

A family dog also received emergency veterinary care in Plymouth after the incident.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy and Livonia Police Chief Thomas Goralski addressed the case as residents struggled with the loss.

Authorities arrested Gage Wade Pierce, 25, at the scene, and a Friday morning appearance at the 16th District Court ended with bond denied and four first-degree counts filed.

Memorial and funeral service details will be announced later by family members.
