Toby Blake Donley, of West Finley, Pennsylvania, passed on June 2, 2026, at the age of 22.
Toby was born on January 13, 2004, in Washington, Pennsylvania, and shared life with family, friends, and the community.
Loved ones remember Toby as part of a wide family circle that includes parents Albert Donley and Mary Jo Petrie, stepparent Dawn Donley, siblings Samantha Haynes, Jasmine Donley, Jessice, Sabrina Simpsons, Sabrina Allum, Jon Donley, Albert Donley, and Isaac Efaw.
