Tywan Jacquez Jordan, 36, died after a motorcycle crash on Interstate 77 South near Gilead Road in Huntersville, North Carolina, on Wednesday evening, June 10, 2026.
The North Carolina State Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 6:30 p.m. after Jordan rode a Kawasaki 900 motorcycle into the toll lanes through an unauthorized access point.
A Tesla was also involved, and emergency responders provided aid at the scene, but Jordan did not survive.
Authorities continue to review lane access points, traffic flow, and the timing of events, while no further details have been released.
