Emily Hayes, born August 22, 1993, passed away on May 30, 2026, at the age of 32.
The Portage, Wisconsin, community joins family and friends in honoring a life remembered with care, connection, and lasting affection.
Emily was predeceased by Peter Hayes; grandparents Sue, Philip Hayes, Peggy, and Don Brue; aunts Barb Hayes and Diana Brue; and cousin Cody Brue.
Emily is survived by Debbie Hayes Brue; children Brodey Jo Julius and Brayden Richard; siblings Michael Hayes with Holly, Jessica Meier with Matt, Jennifer Hayes with Craig, Baby Hayes-Soldner, Philip Hayes, Gilligan, and Mary Ann; nieces and nephews Shaylyn, Maverick, Donavyn, Gabryella, MacKenzye, Madyson, and Joseph; uncles Dale Brue, Randy Brue with Sue, Jeff Brue with Darci, Don Hayes, Philip Hayes with Tam, and Tom Hayes; close friend Krista Corbett; and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will take place Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Sunset Park, 1217 W Pleasant St, Portage, WI 53901.
