Juelz Lamar Nance, 22, Remembered After Late Friday Night Incident On Indianapolis East Side
Juelz Lamar Nance, 22, died after a late Friday night incident on May 1, 2026, in the 3600 block of Brookside Parkway South near North Sherman Drive in Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers responded around 10:00 p.m. after multiple calls reported an injured person in the area.
First responders found Nance on the ground and rushed Nance to a nearby hospital for emergency care.
Medical staff worked to save Nance, but Nance died shortly after arriving at the hospital.
The Marion County Coroner’s Office identified Nance on May 4, 2026, bringing a name to a loss felt across the Brookside Parkway area.
Residents described a tense scene as officers secured the block and detectives gathered evidence while speaking with people who may have witnessed important details.
