Logan Anders Remembered After Early Morning Two-Vehicle Road Accident In Liberty, South Carolina
The Liberty community is remembering 24-year-old Logan Anders, who died after a two-vehicle crash on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
Authorities said the crash happened at approximately 3:51 a.m. at Moorefield Memorial Highway, S.C. Highway 178, and North Freeman Road in Liberty, South Carolina.
Logan drove a two-door Jeep SUV, and the other vehicle was a Ford crew cab pickup truck towing a boat.
Pickens County EMS, the South Carolina Highway Patrol, and Pickens County Fire Service responded to the scene.
Deputy Coroner Marsha Alexander later responded to Baptist Easley Hospital at approximately 4:59 a.m. after Logan passed from crash-related trauma.
The Pickens County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol continue to review the circumstances, and officials scheduled a forensic autopsy.
Memorial service details will be announced later by Logan’s family, who are receiving support from friends, neighbors, and loved ones.
