Matthew Anastacio, born November 22, 1993, died on May 10, 2026, at age 32, leaving family and friends in Washington, Utah, with cherished memories and lasting affection.

A memorial service will take place on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Hughes Mortuary, 1037 E 700 S, St. George, UT 84790.
In lieu of flowers, the family noted that donations may support the Aaron Navarro Memorial Tournament through Addict II Athlete via Venmo.
