Teresa Campisi has passed away after a car accident on Mother’s Day, May 10, 2026, in Hawaii.
Family member Jennifer Marquez, identified as one of Teresa Campisi’s nieces, created a fundraiser on May 19, 2026, to help cover burial expenses and bring Teresa home to California.
The fundraiser, titled Bringing Teresa Home to California, had raised $2,275 of its $36,000 goal through 23 donations.
The post said Teresa lived in Maui, Hawaii, and was airlifted to Honolulu in critical condition after the crash.
Loved ones remembered Teresa as a vibrant person who loved life, family, the ocean, cooking, baking, staying active, and exploring new experiences.
The family thanked supporters for their care and said memorial service details will be announced at a later time.
