Tyler Kent of Greenwood, Mississippi, born in Carrollton on March 14, 2002, passed away on May 26, 2026, at age 24.

Tyler was preceded in passing by child Wynona Kent and grandparents Mable Tedford, Teresa Kent, and Broadus Upchurch.
Tyler leaves spouse Elizabeth Miller of Sidon, co-parent Abbygail Watson of Ackerman, children Lorelai Kent of Sidon and Jonathan Wayne Kent of Ackerman, parents Jonathan Kent and Erica of Grenada, and Alisha Cannon and Cody Cooper of Carrollton.
Tyler also leaves grandparents Raymond Tedford of Sidon, Steve Kent of Greenwood, and Dorothy Upchurch of Teoc, stepfather Marc Upchurch of Carrollton, and siblings Kaylyn Shute and Athan of Sidon, Teryn Kent of Grenada, and Taylor Kent of Grenada.
Visitation takes place Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Greenwood Delta Funeral Home, 1008 Sgt John Pittman Dr, Greenwood, MS 38930.
A graveside service takes place Friday, May 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Teoc Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
