Dustin McKinney reportedly lost their life on Sunday, June 14, 2026, after a PAC750 aircraft supporting Skydive Kansas City operations went down shortly after leaving Butler Memorial Airport in Butler, Missouri.
The aircraft carried 11 skydivers and one pilot, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed that all 12 people aboard died.
The aircraft departed at approximately noon and went down near Business 49 Highway south of the Kansas City metropolitan region after the pilot reportedly turned back toward the airport for reasons still under review.
Jen Sharp was also reportedly among those aboard, though authorities said formal victim identification remains pending while family notifications continue.
Emergency responders, local agencies, the FAA, and the NTSB responded to the scene and began reviewing the aircraft, the surrounding area, and the events before impact.
