Mercedes Lynn Barajas, 34, of Genesee, Michigan, passed on June 11, 2026, after a life that began on February 19, 1992.

Mercedes was preceded in passing by brother Jacob Moore, grandparents Ruthie and Larry Blevins, and cousin Sadie Blevins.
Mercedes is survived by parents David Barajas and Trina, Terra Burgess and Beaver, children Kayden Jay and Ava Lynn, siblings Courtney Dajcs, Zachery Barajas, and Jerry Maupin, grandparents Dale and Pamela Stewart, niece Aubree, nephew Waylon, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd, Flint, MI 48507.
A service will follow at 1:00 PM at the same location.
